A. Each ornament is hand personalized by a Graphic Artist based on your request.
2. When will my ornament(s) be shipped?
A. Most orders ship in less than 24 hours; we will contact you if there is a delay in the shipment of your order.
3. What type of shipping options are available?
A. United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS shipping options.
4. Is shipping available to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
A. Yes, shipping to APO/FPO/DPO locations is available at no extra cost.
5. How will my ornament be packed so that it does not break during shipping?
A. Every ornament is shipped with extra packing materials to ensure a safe arrival. Most ornaments are shipped in a 4"x4"x4" box that can support over 65lbs of pressure before collapsing. If your ornament is damaged while in transit to its destination, we will replace it at no cost.
6. What if I am not satisfied with my ornament?
A. We guarantee your satisfaction on all products; if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, just let us know and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.
7. What if I make a mistake on the personalization request?
A. If you notice that you made a mistake on the personalization request, please contact use immediately as we may be able to correct the error before shipping. Please note that while we will attempt to accommodate the correction, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the personalization request is accurate.
8. What if the ornament is personalized incorrectly?
A. Contact us immediately and we will replace the ornament at no cost.
9. What if I can't find the ornament that I want?
A. We have access to thousands of ornaments; if you can't find what you're looking for, just let us know and we will track it down for you.
10. Is there a Customer Service number that I can call?
A. Yes, you can reach Customer Service at (469)298-8044. If we are busy, you may need to leave a message; however, don't worry we are usually able to return your call in less than two hours.
11. Can I add a special message to the back of the ornament?
A. Absolutely, we offer the option to add a back message on most ornaments.
12. Is gift-wrapping available?
A. Yes, just select "gift-wrapping" at checkout.
13. What if my personalization request exceeds the allowable characters?
A. If you have a request that exceeds the allowable characters, please contact us prior to placing the order and we will evaluate if we can accommodate the request work.
14. Is international shipping available?
A. Yes, we currently ship to Canada, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. Additional countries may be available by request.
15. What else should I know?
A. Quality is important to us, we personally review every ornament to make sure that it meets or exceeds our quality standards. If we wouldn't hang it on our tree, we are not going to ask you to hang it on yours.
